ERSAN DAĞLI
Chairman of the Board

Graduated from Istanbul Turkish Insurance Institute Foundation, Eastern Mediterranean University Faculty of Business and Economics. Carried out branch activities in the TRNC between 1990-1996. From 1996 to 2001, he took on the role of TRNC Branch Manager for Başak Insurance Corp. In September 2001, he became Chairman of the Board at Dağlı Insurance Ltd. At one stage, he served as deputy chief for the TRNC Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies, board member, chairman of the board for the Compulsory Insurance Guarantee Foundation and as a board member for the Insurance Advisory Committee. He continues to be a board member of the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce.

MUSTAFA DAĞLI
Board Member

From 1967 to 2001, he successfully carried out insurance agency activities in the TRNC. Since 2001, he has served as a board member of Dağlı Insurance Ltd. and is also the Honorary Founding President of Dağlı Insurance. He continues to serve as a board member at Dağlı Insurance.

UFUK DAĞLI
Member and General Director of Board

Graduated from Ankara Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences, Faculty of Banking and Insurance in 1981. He carried out insurance agency activities in the TRNC from 1983 until 2001. Since 2001, he has been serving as a board member and General Manager at Dağlı Insurance Ltd.

SİNAN TONGUÇ
Board Member

Graduated from Anadolu University’s Business Department in 1990. After taking on various positions in a number of companies in Turkey, in 1996, he took on the role of TRNC Branch Manager for Başak Insurance Corp. In 2001, he joined the Board of Directors at Dağlı Insurance where he continues his duties as a board member.

NÖVBER DAĞLI
Board Member

In 2006, she graduated from Cardiff University’s Business Administration Department and completed Cardiff University’s Strategic Marketing postgraduate program a year later in 2007. Upon completing her one-year insurance training between 2007-2008 at the Turkish Insurance Institute Foundation in 2008, she was appointed as Marketing Director at Dağlı Insurance where she still continues her duties. In 2011, she became a board member and has been ever since.
